What we store
Signed-in identity, donor contact and return-address information, submission details, item photographs, review history, and saved listings are stored to operate the donation workflow.
What becomes public
Only approved listing details and explicitly consented, staff-approved photographs may be displayed in the collection. Return addresses, private contact details, and private review notes are not included in public listing responses.
Your choices
Public donor credit is optional. Photo publication requires separate permission. Contact Jeff at donations@setlistsforgood.com to request correction or removal of your information.
Analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics measures visits to public information pages after you choose Allow analytics. Donation forms, account pages, and admin areas are excluded. We do not send contact details, addresses, uploaded photographs, search queries, or donation references to Analytics. Change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages.
Before transactions open
The operating entity, retention schedule, privacy contact process, and applicable final privacy terms will be completed before the public marketplace accepts transactions.
