How bidding works
Accounts are free. Bidders must be at least 18. Enter the amount you want to bid; there is no automatic proxy bidding. Each listing shows its starting price, minimum increment, start time and closing time. Bids close at the stated time, without extensions. The highest accepted bid wins if the reserve is met. If no bid meets the reserve, the original remains unsold. Donors and site administrators cannot bid on their own collection items.
Confirming a bid means you agree to purchase at that amount if you win, plus shipping charges disclosed for the sale. No card is charged when you bid. Check My Account for your result and payment instructions. Buy Now on a combined auction listing is available only before the first accepted bid. Contact us promptly about bidding mistakes or payment questions.
Seller
The receiving and selling entity will be confirmed before sales open.
Fees and proceeds
Net proceeds are intended for charitable grants after disclosed fees. The fee policy will be published before sales open.
Shipping and collection
Shipping regions, charges, and collection arrangements will be published before checkout opens.
Returns and refunds
The returns and refund policy will be published before checkout opens.
Originals and provenance
Listings distinguish donor accounts from documented evidence. Staff review does not guarantee independent authentication. Purchases are purchases of memorabilia; no tax deductibility is promised.
